Mark your calendars for our Fall Community Yard Sale! Whether you’re selling, shopping, or just enjoying a morning stroll, it’s a great opportunity to connect with neighbors and find some great deals.

Sellers: Set up in your driveway or front yard. Bring your own tables, chairs, signage, and change, and clearly price your items.

Shoppers: Come early for the best selection, bring reusable bags, and don’t forget cash!

Parking Reminder: With additional visitors expected, residents can help by moving vehicles to their driveway/front of their home, using overflow parking areas or Brookwood Drive, and utilizing their garage for parking during the event.
