On June 5 & 6 weather permitting, we will be sealing driveways on Brookwood Units 311-329, Harvest Mill Units, 4 – 24; 28 – 36; 40 – 60; 55 – 67.

Please be aware we will be working on the shutter problems in next few weeks & will need cars moved from driveway when you are contacted. Your co-operation is appreciated.
The buildings committee will be visiting every unit in next 2 weeks to review needed repairs. We will also be checking patios for neatness & excessive junk, such as empty buckets, dead weeds, etc. We will be looking for dog waste behind homes in grass. There will be no warnings for dog waste, instead a fine will be levied. All Residents are well aware of rules on dog waste, it should be common sense & respect for your neighbors issue.
DOG DIRT AROUND YOUR UNIT
Recently we have experienced several residents not picking up their dog waste behind & in front of their units. This shows a complete lack of respect for your neighbors & community. I am not going to write a long disortation on this subject, as it is a common sense & respect issue. The HOA is going to be less tolerant of dog waste in future.

Although front lawns are not private property; we ask that you curb your dog & encourage them to stay off resident’s lawns. Many residents take pride in their front yards; often spending their own money & personal time to keep them looking attractive. Attractive lawns add to the beauty & quality of our development. This is a very simple issue to resolve; just give your neighbors the same respect you would expect from them.
MONTHLY FEE INCREASE REMINDER
Please don’t forget the monthly fee will increase from $160 monthly to $165 effective 1/1/2023.Everyone should have been previously aware of this increase.
Trash container rules.
Please be aware that trash containers should only be out the day before pickup & returned by next day after pickup. Several residents have been putting trash out several days before pickup. Also, no trash containers should be stored in front or rear of resident’s unit. This is against Rules & resident will be fined. All we are asking is, for residents to be courteous & respectful of your neighbors. It also maintains the appearance & reputation of our development.

Over 90% of shutters have been bird proofed with just a few units to complete. We understand this is not foolproof, but it can be managed as we move forward to control birds.
